With 20 years of leadership experience spanning top organizations like American Express, Google, and Hillel International, Mimi has built renowned talent and impact systems.

Gali Polichuk

Gali Polichuk works in consulting and holds a BA in Sustainability Studies and Communications from the University of Florida. An Excel Fellow and former Co-Chair of the Hillel International Student Cabinet, she is passionate about fostering inclusive Jewish identity.

Levi Margolin began his Mayanot career upon my move to Israel in August of 2012, as the Social Media Coordinator and became the Director of Marketing in 2014. After a short break from Mayanot to focus on career development, traveling the world and family life, he returned to Mayanot in August of 2018 and became the Director of Operations in June of 2019 and the Executive Director in 2022.

Raphael Bijaoui

Israel

Raphael Bijaoui, born and raised in Singapore’s multicultural society with Israeli-French roots, has always believed in the power of diverse communities thriving together. An engineering graduate from Imperial College London, he has worked at Apple and PayPal. In response to the polarizing aftermath of October 7th, he founded Nuance to harness AI in restoring truth and empathy online.

Salomao Ioschpe

Brazil

Salomao Ioschpe is a business administrator and entrepreneur with over 20 years of executive experience at Iochpe-Maxion SA, leading operations across North and South America. He later founded Insolo Agro, now one of Brazil’s largest agribusiness companies. Currently, he invests in real estate and agribusiness ventures.

Rebbetzin Jessica Landes

Chile

Rebbetzin Jessica Landes is the General Coordinator of Jewish Education at a Jewish school in Chile. She leads educational groups to Poland and organizes adult Jewish study programs. She holds a master’s degree in education from the Hebrew University.

Ortal Hazut

Israel

Ortal Hazut is an Israeli leader with expertise in public policy, law, and politics. She has held senior roles in public service, including at the Israel Space Agency and the Prime Minister’s Office.

Yaniv Salama

Israel

Yaniv Salama is the executive Director of an Israeli NGO that works with the indigenous Jews in Muslim countries in order to help them grow and preserve their communities. A student of politics and history, a lover Impressionist Art and Rock and Roll, and a collector photography and wine.

Nate Looney

United States

Nate Looney is the Director of Community Safety and Belonging at Jewish Federations of North America, where he champions inclusive spaces within Jewish communities nationwide.
His professional background as a U.S. Army veteran, social entrepreneur, and urban farmer informs his community-building and organizational development approach.

Julia Vol

Denmark

Julia Vol built her career in the field of circular economy and sustainability innovation. She is now transitioning away from the corporate world to build her own business, helping impact innovators break into the international market.

Dr. Nir Asch

Israel

Dr. Nir Asch is a physician and neuroscientist with an MD and a PhD in Computational Neuroscience from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His research focuses on neuropsychiatric conditions and exploring new treatment possibilities. Currently, he is a researcher at the Weizmann Institute and a psychiatry resident at Rambam Hospital in Haifa.

Marcos Metta Cohen

Mexico

Marcos, a lawyer in Corporate, Tax, and Real Estate Law, is a shareholder and board member of a leading Mexican real estate consortium, with 40 years of leadership in Jewish institutions.

Yotam Schleyer

United States

Yotam Schleyer, an IDF reserved Major, has led special forces operations in Gaza since October 7. Formerly with the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office, he has also led 15+ social and academic initiatives, demonstrating strong leadership and commitment.

Brittany Levy

United States

Brittany Levy spent years dedicating her personal life towards building a sense of Jewish community among those unengaged in Jewish life through a series of events, including parties, speaker events, Shabbats, and more. She now serves as the Community Director of Birthright Excel.

Boris Janicek

Israel

Boris Janicek has built a 27-year career in international C-level roles, primarily in the luxury and premium sectors. He shares his expertise through teaching, previously at Sciences Po Paris and currently at Tel Aviv University. Today, he leads State of Brand, the consulting agency he founded, guiding businesses through growth, expansion, and transformation in a rapidly changing world.

Rachel Kastner

Rachel Kastner is a startup operator, expert storyteller, and sought-after public speaker whose work has garnered millions of views and international coverage. Rachel has over a decade of creative operational and production experience. She is industry agnostic and has enjoyed building in tech, fitness, nonprofit, and media production.
