Currently the Director of Aliyah and Klita at the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, she leads a team across four continents to support Jewish immigrants. she holds a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Tel Aviv University.

Khaled Hassan is an internationally recognised national security and foreign policy researcher, focusing on terrorism, financial crime, sanctions, mis/disinformation and politically/religiously motivated violence.

Josh Aronson

Josh Aronson is a diaspora reporter for Maariv, a leading Israeli newspaper, and a freelance journalist for several Jewish publications worldwide. Based in England, Josh is on the autism spectrum and brings a unique perspective to his reporting. He previously lived in Israel, where he served as a coordinator for people with disabilities.

Rebecca Spagnoletto

United Kingdom

Rebecca Spagnoletto works at the financial services firm Bloomberg and represents the company as account manager for Israel. In 2019, she was part of the Forum for Jewish Leadership fellowship in New York, and was selected to take part in the prestigious Birthright Excel fellowship.

Noam Meirov

Noam Meirov is the Managing Director of Sharaka – an International NGO working to shape a new Middle East, built on dialogue, understanding and cooperation. Previously, he was the founder of Midad, an Ed-Tech initiative focused on expanding access to education in Israel’s Arab community, and Baseet, which offers an innovative approach to teaching spoken Arabic.

Liliia Liakhovych

Liliia Liakhovich is a skilled project manager with significant experience in community engagement and youth leadership. She was engaged in organising an official meeting between the President of Israel and the Ukrainian Jewish community. Liliia is adept at leading and motivating teams of madrikhim and volunteers and creating innovative Hebrew projects to attract young Jewish individuals.

Rabbi Tamar Elad-Appelbaum

Rabbi Tamar Elad-Appelbaum is the co-founder of the Israeli Rabbinic Seminary at the Hartman Institute and Ha Midrasha at Oranim, The Ritual Center, and the Zion Community in Jerusalem. Honey fellow, recipient of the Hebrew University Flegg Prize and co-recipient of the Stulman prize. In 2010 she was named by the Forward as one of the five most influential female religious leaders in Israel.

Neta Katz, originally from the Gur Hasidic community and an alumnus of its educational institutions, holds an LL.B. and is currently pursuing an LL.M., he specializes in civil law and is a partner at a law firm. Neta is also an active social advocate within the “New Haredim” community, working to promote integration of Haredim into the IDF and advance the state-Haredi education system.

Dr Natalie Rens is CEO and Founder of Sapios, a startup developing a human-machine interface for frontline operators. Prior, Natalie was Chief of Staff for the British Consulate in Miami, CEO and Founder of Astrea, and AI Specialist for the Australian Government. Natalie holds a PhD in Neuroscience and serves as a Reservist in the US Air Force.

Judith Romano is the founder and president of Mitz Enterprise, an organization focused on social development through education and community empowerment. Mitz connects isolated efforts across sectors to create job opportunities in low-income communities, recycle industrial waste, and provide financial support for education.

Mikhal Ben Joseph is a Senior Data Scientist at a boutique credit risk consulting firm in Arlington, Virginia. In the fall of 2025, I will matriculate to Harvard Law School to pursue my JD.
